Untamed Travelling

As a Reservations Specialist , you will be part of the Reservations team with the main duties of checking bookings, communicating with clients, handling changes and/or emergencies and compiling travel documents. You will also rotate periodically on weekend shifts where you will be on call in case of emergencies.
You have excellent communication and social skills and have experience speaking to customers in the travel industry. Good speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English are required. In addition, we expect your computer skills to be excellent and you will be proficient in at least MS Office programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Amadeus and Exact is a plus. On occasion, you will contribute to presentations and represent Untamed Travelling at trade shows and events.
We all work from home and are not tied to an office location. Remote working outside the Netherlands, however, is not an option. Among ourselves, we are connected online and communicate through Skype and an integral telephone network. We meet periodically for consultations and appointments with suppliers.
