
The Aruba Tourist Board celebrated the day of love at the TUI Experience Store in Utrecht on Wednesday. On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Aruba Tourism Authority handed out roses to passers-by at the travel agency in the center. This conveyed the hospitality and warmth of the popular island. Passers-by are also encouraged to take a photo of themselves or as a couple in the shop under a heart-shaped flower hedge. Those who then shared the photo on social media with the hashtag #Arubaromance had a chance to win a bottle of Aruba Ariba Rum. Although it rained all day, the warm and sunny Valentine’s Day campaign was well received, says Sharmin de Vries (PR manager Benelux), who also had her picture taken with her colleagues Aaliyah Windster (Sales Executive Europe) and Lisiana Kock (Social Media Manager).
