As of this week, the Garuda Indonesia office at Schiphol, responsible for sales throughout Europe, will be led by Dimas Nugroho as the new General Manager Europe of the well-known airline. “I’m thrilled to be back in Amsterdam, a city that holds a special place in my heart after finishing my studies here in 2022,” says Nugroho. “Returning to this vibrant city as part of Garuda Indonesia is both a personal and professional milestone for me. My time in Amsterdam has given me a deep appreciation for the culture and dynamic business environment. I am excited to bring that experience to my new role.” He continues: ‘The growth potential in business, tourism and other sectors between the Netherlands and Indonesia is enormous. Our two countries share a long history and strong ties. I believe there are countless opportunities to further improve our connectivity.
