Online travel agency Travix will once again sell TUI fly flights on its platforms, including CheapTickets, Vliegwinkel and BudgetAir.
This revamped partnership will offer travelers an even wider range of flight options, the company says.
“We are pleased to renew our long-standing relationship with TUI fly,” says Casper Maasdam, COO of Travix.
“Integrating TUI fly’s offerings on our websites will enable us to better assist customers in finding and booking affordable travel options. Thanks to TUI fly’s extensive network of holiday destinations worldwide, we can offer our customers even more choice. This strengthens our market position in the Benelux.’
The range of TUI fly flights from the Netherlands and Belgium includes established routes to holiday destinations in the Mediterranean as well as to West Africa and the Caribbean.
The new Brussels-Curaçao route is also included, expanding Travix’s number of destinations in the Benelux.
Travix, which was previously part of BCD Group, the family business of John Fentener van Vlissingen, was acquired by Chinese Trip.com in early 2020.
The Chinese company was already active worldwide with travel brands such as Skyscanner, Ctrip and Qunar. (Photo Shutterstock).
