TUI has recently expanded its TUI Expert programme to include three travel agencies.
This brings the total number of Expert firms to six.
The newcomers are ‘t Woerkums Reisbureau, Reisburo Cerimovic and TravelXL Reisburo van Oeveren.
They join the existing three: TravelXL Travel Agency Katwijk, TravelXL Travel Agency Mathé de Groot and Travel Agency Opmeer.
With the TUI Expert programme, the cooperation between the TUI Expert travel agencies and TUI will be strengthened in a number of areas,” says the tour operator from Rijswijk.
In the windows of the TUI Expert travel agencies, for example, there are narrow casting screens on which TUI offers are displayed.
In addition, the TUI Expert travel agencies have direct email and telephone lines with the TUI Customer Services Center, sales and customer service.
Especially for the employees and owners of the TUI Expert travel agencies, TUI held a special day at its head office in Rijswijk earlier this week.
The theme of this day was to further strengthen the relationship between the TUI Expert offices and TUI.
In addition to a presentation by Dimitri Joannides (sales manager TUI Netherlands), the participants received information about TUI from several internal departments and the time was used to further refine the TUI Expert program together.
The day ended with a tour of the head office and a lunch with TUI BENE Board members Suzanne Goossen (Head of Retail Distribution TUI Netherlands) and Arjan Kers (Managing Director TUI Belgium and the Netherlands).
