
The ANVR has announced the first speaker of the ANVR congress in Oman. It’s Nienke Bloem, expert in the field of customer experience. According to the ANVR, Bloem is a renowned international speaker in the field of Customer Experience (CX) and known for her recognizable blue dress. In her presentations, she mentions ‘best practices’ and proven methodologies in Customer Experience. Bloem has written two books, including the Dutch bestseller ‘CX TravelGuide’ and ‘CX is a Pilgrimage’. In addition, she hosts the podcast ‘CX Leadership Talks’ and has a widely viewed YouTube channel. Bloem is a guest lecturer at Nyenrode and internationally accredited by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
