Rob van Lieshout and Bram Beurskens of Travel Counsellors were the best booking travel agents in the Netherlands at Sunny Cars last quarter. This puts them, for the first time, at number 1 in the Smile Society Top 100. Van Lieshout and Beurskens, who have been a team since 2018, saw their performance rewarded with a car rental voucher worth 500 euros. The duo has both business and leisure clients. ‘We always enjoy working with Sunny Cars. It is an indispensable partner and we have little trouble selling the product. Because it is an all-in product, the car sells itself.’ Fieneke van Heusden-Bosters, Account Manager Retail & ZRAs at Sunny Cars Netherlands, travelled to Venlo to hand over the car rental cheque.
‘The duo is always in the top 3 and has now finally managed to get that number 1 spot. Well done gentlemen.’ She describes the Smile Society Top 100 as ‘the nicest club in the Netherlands where you can earn up to 15 percent extra discount on your rental car every quarter’. Those who were not in the Smile Society Top 100 in the past quarter have a new chance. ‘Try to include car rental in every conversation for the next three months. We have reset the counter to zero. The new Top 100 will be announced at the beginning of October,’ says Fieneke.
