You maintain frequent contact with our customers and partners, converting their wishes into detailed quotes and bookings. You will ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer requests and bookings in our various reservation systems, including EAZI and various booking processes. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and travel agents and ensure that they receive the necessary support and information. At UStravel.nl | Canadatravel.nl you will work with advanced reservation and processing systems and you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
We are looking for colleagues for our Sales department with immediate effect.
Job requirements:
- MBO-HBO thinking and trading level
- Accurate and service-oriented
- Enthusiastic and decisive
- Commercial and enterprising
- Team player
- Good communication and social skills
- Knowledge of the USA and Canada is an advantage
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
Remote working is possible, but we would like you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
